1. Return Eligibility
At IZONE TECH LLC, customer satisfaction and authentic electronics are our highest priority. You are entitled to return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, sealed retail packaging with intact barcodes, serial numbers, warranty seals, and accessories.
- If the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Personalized or hygienic items (such as in-ear earphones once unsealed) cannot be returned unless found defective upon unboxing.
2. How to Request a Return
Initiating a return is simple and convenient. Choose any of our verified UAE customer support channels:
Provide your Order ID (e.g. IZN-XXXXX), a brief explanation of the reason for return, and photos/videos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. UAE Courier Pickup & Inspection
Once your return request is approved, our express logistics team will schedule a pickup at your registered address in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or anywhere in the UAE.
Returned products undergo an authorized quality check by our technical team within 24–48 hours of arriving at our Dubai service facility. Once verified, your refund is approved immediately.
4. Refund Methods & Timelines
Approved refunds are credited through the original payment method used during checkout:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa / Mastercard): 3 to 5 business days depending on your issuing UAE bank.
- Tabby & Tamara Installments: Any installments already paid will be reversed to your card, and future scheduled installments will be cancelled immediately.
- Ziina Digital Payments: Instant to 48 hours to your registered UAE bank or card.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via UAE bank wire transfer or instant store credit according to your preference.
